A key component of Analytic Vision’s implementation methodology is the principle of providing knowledge, training and feedback to our customer.

It is important to the project that the implementation team includes a cross section of both business users and technical resources along with Analytic Vision’s experienced professionals. We meet with everyone on the project team on a weekly basis to provide a project status, resolve design or development issues and to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

At each stage of the project we have checkpoints to confirm design or development progress, to transfer knowledge and to develop user/technical documentation. We also work to ensure that the finished analytical application is deployed successfully to your users. A critical part of the deployment is the training of IT and end users on how to manage and use the new application. For the end-users, we develop training classes with manuals and practical examples of how to use the analytical application.
