Oracle Skill Requirements

Analytic Vision is an Oracle business partner, and we are always looking for technology professionals with a strong Oracle background in developing business intelligence solutions. Desired skills include:

• Bachelors Degree, with 5+ years related information systems experience and 3+ years in performance management/business intelligence
• Experience gathering business requirements and transforming them into appropriate specifications for development team
• Conceptual understanding of a relational star-schema data warehouse
• Experience in working with SQL-based tools to format data for Essbase
• Development and performance-tuning experience with Hyperion XTD Analytic Services (Essbase) multidimensional databases
• Experience with ESSCMD or MAXL scripts used for automation
• Experience with EIS, Performance Scorecard, Metrics Builder, Hyperion Intelligence, or Hyperion Planning is a plus
• Development experience with front-end tools such as Hyperion Analyzer, Hyperion Reports, and Alphablox is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual cross functional teams
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing and knowledge transfer activities
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
