We have helped companies successfully implement low budget tactical solutions as well as strategic enterprise level solutions.

An example of providing tactical assistance is AAA Carolinas travel agency. In their situation, they already owned the SQL Server database, but did not know what they had with Analysis Services.  We worked side by side with their SQL Server resource as we developed a quick sales prototype for them in a few days.  We then educated them on using Excel pivot tables as a low-cost front end data access tool.  Their sales users "loved" the solution and it was moved into production.

On the strategic side of assistance, we helped a large food processing company combine legacy sales data from six companies, JD Edwards Sales data, Lawson financial data, Siebel CRM data, and custom budget data into an integrated enterprise data warehouse which fed several Hyperion Essbase data marts.  The data was delivered to users with Hyperion Analyzer for the web, Essbase Excel add-in, and scheduled enterprise PDF reports on the web.  We then helped train over 500 users on the various tools.
